We do not publish a price list. Two houses in the same street can be very different jobs. We inspect the site first, then we send a quote. A phone call or a couple of photos gets that started. Someone still needs to see the access before the number is final.
Access is usually the first thing that changes the quote. A wide driveway and a quiet street are one job. A terrace with a narrow gate and nowhere for a truck to sit is another. The house size matters, but the path in and out matters more.
Waste volume is next. A full house with a slab and a garage is a lot of loads. A partial strip-out is not. If excavation is part of the brief, soil carting sits on top of that. We will not guess cubic metres from the footpath.
Other things we check on site: how close the neighbours are, whether services are still live, and whether asbestos work has already been booked. We do not issue council approvals. We will tell you what has to be in place before we start.
