Inner-city jobs are often tight. Narrow driveways, neighbours close in, not much room for trucks. Suburban sites are usually simpler on access, and the work is more about getting the waste off quickly. Same crew either way. We hold NSW demolition licence AD214505 and carpentry licence 397254C.

Most house demolitions in Sydney need council approval or a CDC. We don't issue those, but we'll tell you what has to be in place. If the building is likely to have asbestos, that has to be handled before we put a machine on it.
We turn up with the crew and the gear, take the structure down, and cart the waste. Neighbours and access get planned before the first truck arrives, not on the morning.
When we're done, the site should be ready for the builder. If excavation is part of the quote, we do that before we leave.
