Levels in, spoil gone, and the block left ready for the builder
Land clearing Sydney work for us is usually the second half of a knock-down. The house is down, then we take the remaining rubble, cut or fill to the builder's levels, and cart the spoil. Standalone clearing happens too, on blocks that never had a house worth mentioning.
Levelling is not a bobcat tidy-up. It is getting the site to the levels on the drawing so the next trade is not sitting on a pile of spoil and a leftover ridge. Cut and fill only works if the material is right and the trucks can take what you do not want. Landfill and mixed demolition waste are a different load to clean fill. We look at what is in the ground before we guess cubic metres.
After a knock-down this sits on the same booking as the demolition. The trucks are already on the street. The machine that took the house down can cut the site. On a vacant block the job is access, trees or rubble if they are in the brief, and the same question: where does the spoil go, and does a truck fit.
If the next stage is a hole for a slab or a pool, that is excavation Sydney as a whole, not only clearing. Soil leaving the site sits on disposal as well.
