Larger plant for open sites, commercial digs, and volume
15 tonne excavator hire in Sydney is for sites that can take it: wider access, more volume, commercial yards. A terrace street will not. We look at the access before we quote this size.
This machine earns its keep on bulk excavation, larger slabs, and commercial sites. It does not earn it stuck on a float that cannot get down the street. We will not book a 15 tonne into a driveway that needs a 1.7 tonne. If you asked for 15 tonne because it sounds faster, we will still match the site.
Trucks have to match. A 15 tonne digging into a small tipper is a queue. We plan the carting with the plant.
Heavier again sits on 23 tonne excavators. House sites usually sit on 5.5 tonne if the driveway allows.
