A car park fails in layers. The surface breaks first, then the base moves, then water sits in the ruts and the whole thing goes faster. Resurfacing only works if that base and the drainage are still sound. We cut back the failed wearing course, prep the edge, and put a new surface down that can take cars, delivery vans, and the odd truck.
Access decides the plant as much as the square metres do. A tight inner-city bay behind a shop is a different setup to a suburban strata car park with a wide driveway. We look at the street, the turning, and how the cars keep using the site while we work. A lot of these jobs sit after a demolition or an excavation. The building is gone, the levels are in, then the pavement has to go down.
Line marking belongs after the surface is clean and even. Stormwater belongs in the same conversation. If pits are blocked or in the wrong place, the new pavement will pond. See line marking and stormwater if those are part of the brief.
We inspect, then we quote. Photos of the pavement and the street get that started. Someone still needs to see the base before the number is final. There is no set rate per square metre on this site. Call 0487 549 909 or send the suburb and a couple of photos.
