A bathroom strip-out is tiles, sanitaryware, sometimes a floor, sometimes a wall. A kitchen is benches, cabinets, and often a slab section or a window if the brief says so. Units add stairs, a lift, and strata rules about hours and the waste room. Houses add a hallway that will not take a barrow unless you plan it. We look at that path before we quote.
