Warehouse strip-out Sydney work is the inside of a shed: racking, offices in the corner, plant pads, and floor takes. The building stays. The trucks have to fit the roller door and the yard.
Industrial strip-outs fail on access and on what is in the ground, not on the floor area. A high shed with a wide door is one job. A tight inner-west warehouse with street parking only is another. Racking comes out in an order so it does not bury the next bay. Mezzanine offices are demolition inside the shed. Plant pads and pits are excavation once the floor is open.
