A house strip-out might be a full interior before a renovation, or wet areas and a kitchen while the family plan the rest. A commercial take is often a tenancy that has ended: shop fit-out, office floor, a warehouse aisle. The building owner wants it bare so the next tenant can start. Loading docks, neighbours, and after-hours access change the plan more than the floor area does.
This is not a full demolition. If the roof and the walls are coming down, that is the demolition page. If the job is a clean shell, this is the one. Waste still has to leave. Dust still has to be managed. We look at the path to the truck before we quote, especially in a CBD building or a terrace with one front door.
Office-only jobs are spelled out on office defits. Warehouse floors sit on warehouse strip-outs. If you are not sure, send photos and we will put it on the right booking.
We inspect, then we quote. The suburb, the floor, and how the waste leaves are enough to start. Call 0487 549 909 or use the contact form.
